This spacious three-bedroom ranch is about 300 walking paces to beautiful Cape Cod Bay. It sports two queen beds and a Boston bunk with twin top and double down. There are air con units and fans in each bedroom.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, full-sized electric stove, table, chairs, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, pots, pans and dishwasher.

The double sized living room has a couch, a fireplace with two/three easy chairs, beamed ceilings and cable TV and wifi. The bath is full-sized.

Flooring is laminate throughout. The large deck has outdoor furniture, a gas grille and clothesline and outdoor shower. This cottage is winterized with oil heat and available year round.
