Cranberry Cozy is a year round apartment with separate external entrance from #9 Up Pilgrim’s Pride. It has a queen bed plus a double pull-out couch, a fully furnished sit-in kitchen complete with dish washer/laundry room with washer and dryer, full bathroom and spacious living room and outside sitting area; private yard. There is a shared outdoor shower. It can be rented separately during the summer by a small family or in conjunction with 9 Up for the larger families. It’s perfect for the small family on a budget who wants to enjoy the private beach on Cape Cod Bay, a mere 300 walking steps away.
